- How much does a garage cleanout cost in Kaufman, TX?
- Most two-car garage cleanouts land between $395 and $525 with us. That covers all the labor, loading, hauling, and disposal — you don't lift anything. Smaller jobs start at our $99 minimum and a completely full 16-yard trailer is $649.
- How big is your dump trailer?
- It's a 14,000 lb GVWR dump trailer, 16 feet long with 4-foot walls — about 16 usable cubic yards. That's roughly double a standard junk-removal pickup and slightly more than the 15-yard 'full truck load' most DFW companies quote, so you get more hauled in a single trip.
- Is your dumpster safe to put on my driveway?
- Yes. Unlike a steel roll-off container that drags across your concrete on metal wheels, our dump trailer rolls in on rubber tires and we set protective boards under the jacks and ramp. No gouges, no scratches, no cracked concrete.
- Can I fill the trailer with concrete or dirt?
- Only up to the marked fill line. Heavy material like concrete, brick, dirt, or tile has to stop at about 12 inches deep so we stay under the trailer's legal weight rating. Our Heavy Material Drop is priced for exactly that at $425 with a 4-ton cap.
- Should I book a full-service cleanout or drop off a dumpster?
- If you'd rather not touch any of it, book the full-service cleanout — our crew loads, sweeps, and hauls. If you want to work at your own pace and save money, take the driveway drop and load it yourself. Same trailer either way.
- Do you charge by weight?
- No hidden weight fees on standard household loads — the price you're quoted is what you pay. Drop-off rentals include 2 to 2.5 tons, and anything over that is $35 per 500 lb, which almost never comes up on a normal garage cleanout.
